  1. Cut a 10-inch red, yellow and green circle from construction paper. (You can use markers to color white circles if you do not have colored construction paper.) 
  2. Print “Stop” on the red circle, “Slow” on the yellow circle, and “Go” on the green circle.
  3. Use tape to attach each circle to a craft stick or straw.
