
Seated Cobra
- Sit in a chair and place both feet flat on the floor with your back against your chair and one hand resting on each knee.
 - Arch and stretch upper body like a cobra raising head up and looking toward the ceiling inhaling through nose.
 - Exhale, making a hissing sound through teeth while relaxing downward.
 - Hunch back and drop head slowly down to look at the floor.
 - Repeat three times.
